Inter manager Luciano Spalletti spoke to Premium Sport after their game away to SPAL in Serie A that saw his Inter side concede late on and draw 1-1. Inter are now on a run of nine games without a win.

He was asked how he felt after another draw where they conceded late as they did against Fiorentina: “I am disappointed, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. We need to work harder but nothing changes.” He was then asked if the current run of nine games without a win is starting to worry him now: “It’s still the same thing. I see no improvement. Even when we were winning we were having these blackouts during games where we were unable to impress our individual and collective abilities on the game and not fight hard enough. In other circumstances we have managed to do some good things but we can’t seem to find a balance between the behaviour of the team and a uniformity of mentality.”
