Unless Inter can raise €12 million, Javier Pastore will not be joining the club today according to reports.

FCInterNews.it report that sporting director Piero Ausilio and technical coordinator Walter Sabatini have proposed a loan fee of €7 million to Paris Saint Germain to secure the Argentine but Suning have blocked the move due to not wishing to spend substantial amounts this window which would in turn have an affect on Inter’s financial fair play.

Suning have told Ausilio and Sabatini that if they can raise €12 million (€7 million for the loan fee and €5 million to cover his wages) they can go ahead with the move but at this stage of the mercato it is unlikely that negotiations between the clubs will continue.

The 28-year-old has been linked with a move to Inter pretty much since day one of the this transfer window and has expressed a desire to move to Inter on more than one occasion in recent weeks.
