Spanish news outlet Fichajes.com have taken a look at the top assist makers in Europe’s top five leagues. Among the list is Inter winger Antonio Candreva, who has eight for the season.

Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne tops the list with an impressive 14 assists in 27 games and the list in full is as follows;

2. Neymar (Brazil, PSG) 12 (19 Matches);
3. Lionel Messi (Argentina, FC Barcelona) 11 (23 games);
4. Leroy Sané (Germany, Manchester City) 10 (22 games);
5. Philipp Max (Germany, Augsburg) 10 (23 games);
6. Florian Thauvin (France, Olympique Marseille) 10 (26 games);
7. Paul Pogba (France, Manchester United) 9 (17 games);
8. Pione Sisto (Denmark, Celta Vigo) 9 (24 games);
9. David Silva (Spain, Manchester City) 8 (21 games);
10. Antonio Candreva (Italy, Inter) 8 (24 games).

Candreva is two assists ahead of the next closest player at Inter in Ivan Perisic, who has six and four ahead of the next closest in Marcelo Brozovic. If Candreva wishes to remain among the top 10 and at the top of the assists table at the club, he will need to get back assisting soon having not assisted a goal since mid-December.
