Inter winger Yann Karamoh was the latest Nerazzurri star to feature on Inter TV show Drive. During the episode, the Frenchman spoke on his first goal for the club among other topics, firstly discussing how he feels about learning a new language.

“The Italian language is very difficult. I have an Italian teacher with whom I study after training. Spalletti speaks slowly, so I can understand and when I do not, the assistant translates for me.”

Karamoh then spoke on his pre-match rituals and his goal against Bologna.

“I listen to music and sometimes I like to isolate myself, and I write to my friends who wish me the best for the match. The goal against Bologna was talked about a lot in both Italy and France. I have heard many congratulations after the goal and this has made my family very happy. What does my celebration mean? It does not have a particular meaning, it is a gesture that I use in the family.”

The 19-year-old then discussed hobbies outwith football.

“I really like the Playstation, but I try a little bit of everything as I do not like standing still. I follow fashion a lot and I like movies a lot too but not TV series. If I had to choose a favourite actor I would opt for Omar Sy. Social media? I Instagram only use Instagram.”

He concluded the interview by discussing the team as a whole.

“We are a very strong team with a great mentality and I must thank my teammates who allow me to express my qualities. I have improved a lot since I have been here”
