Inter are hopeful of reinforcing their midfield in the upcoming summer transfer window and their preparations for doing so have lead them to looking at Lyon duo Lucas Tousart and Tanguy Ndombele Corriere dello Sport report.

Tousart is regarded as a complete midfielder but is tied down to the French club until the summer of 2022 making him a difficult target to acquire. Lyon’s president Jean-Michel Aulas is known to be a tricky person to deal with and is very reluctant to part ways with his club’s talents.

Inter took in Lyon’s Europa League clash with CSKA Moscow last week and that is when their interest in Ndombele was born. They were their to watch Tousart but Ndombele’s performance on the night caught the attention of Inter scout’s. Ndombele is currently on loan at Lyon from Amiens with a buying option that Lyon are more than likely to take up. Keeping a hold of Ndombele could prove rather difficult with it understood that a number of top European club’s have already enquired about him.
