With Marcelo Brozovic’s recent upturn in form, Corriere dello Sport have theorised about the Croatian midfielder’s future.
In January and even last summer, Brozovic was tipped to be sold and was not considered an integral part of the team by any means but he has reinvented himself in a deeper role and is arguably playing better than ever before.
“Inter must decide what to do; hold on to him and count on him again or take advantage of an excellent season finale and sell him and make a rich capital gain. Until a few weeks ago, there were no doubts: the Croatian would have ended up on the market again with Inter hoping that an adequate offer could arrive this time, but something suddenly changed.”
Corriere dello Sport believe that it is difficult situation for the Nerazzurri and that the most plausible scenario is that he will be sold but until then, Inter management hope he can play a key role in leading Inter back to the Champions League.
