As everyone could see yesterday in the match against Atalanta, Inter’s attack is having some problem. After the goals against Sampdoria and Verona, Argentinian striker Mauro Icardi and the rest of his teammates have failed to score for the third consecutive game (Milan, Torino and now Atalanta). This is something that does not happen that often, in fact the last time was in February 2012.

Of course this is the main topic when the biggest Italian sports newspapers sum up yesterday’s game:

Corriere dello Sport: “No Icardi, no Inter. Another scoreless game for Maurito, 0-0 in Bergamo. Uefa Champions League remains as a target. In the last three games, two points and zero goals scored.”

Tuttosport: “A draw that is no good for no one: 0-0, and an Atalanta that can not succeed. Inter wakes up late. Initially Spalletti suffers and Inter’s reaction during the final stage of the game is not enough.”
