Inter’s Slovakian international central defender Milan Skriniar was interviewed by Italian media outlet Sky Sport Italia after the Nerazzurri defeated Cagliari 4-0 in the Serie A at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district.

The former Sampdoria defender analyzed the match stating that: “We entered with meanness, we spoke about this before the match. I think we gave a great performance.”

Skriniar was asked about the team’s lack of continuity in scoring goals to which he replied: “We have to find balance, sometimes we win without playing this well but we need to continue like this. It is a very good thing that the others also score goals and not just Mauro.”

In conclusion Skriniar was asked how convinced the team is that they will qualify for the Champions League to which he replied: “We have to always give everything, we still have everything in our own hands.”
