Inter manager Luciano Spalletti will not adapt his tactics for this weekends Derby D’Italia meeting with Juventus but he will be making changes to the starting eleven that won against Chievo Verona 2-1 last weekend.

Sky Sport report that Matias Vecino has fought off competition from Borja Valero and will partner Marcelo Brozovic in the midfield two in Spalletti’s trusted 4-2-3-1 formation. The Uruguayan midfielder has saw limited game time as of late due to injury but made a cameo appearance off the bench in the aforementioned match with Chievo.

The other change concerns the right wing where Antonio Candreva will come in for Yann Karamoh. Candreva has been out of the starting eleven for two matches having suffered a knock in the defeat to Torino at the start of the month. Karamoh has done well but Candreva’s experience is what has won him his place back for Saturday night’s match against the Bianconeri.
