Although he did quite a good job replacing Inter attacker Mauro Icardi during his injury stint around the mid-season mark, Inter’s Italian-Brazilian striker Eder has had a tough season.

His job is to come on as a substitute in order to change the game and to be honest that just did not happen a lot. Therefore Eder is most likely to leave Inter during the summer. One of the possible destinations could be Cagliari, who during the dying seconds of the 2017/2018 season managed to avoid the bottom three spots in the standings, thereby maintaining their Serie A status until next season.

Now it is time to prepare and enforce the team and thanks to good relations with Inter this could open up for Eder who might be a good option for the Cagliari attack. This according to today’s edition of Tuttosport: “He has experience and is open for the opportunity”, the attacker himself says: “Why not?”

In the meantime Eder is enjoying the sea and the beaches of Sardinia.
