Inter gets a sincere sign of appreciation from Matteo Politano, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport,  who reports that the Sassuolo striker has already expressed his idea about the future: “Inter is first in line.”

The Milano-based newspaper reports that: “This is the indication of the 24-year old talented Sassuolo player who just finished an amazing season that also brought him to the national team and Luciano Spalletti is one of Politano’s biggest supporters. Ausilio has officially shown interest for the 24-year old, both to the entourage of the player and to Sassuolo. Of course, Inter’s Sporting Director knows that Inter will need to include one or two players as a counterpart – in fact last January both clubs almost had a deal which would have sent Pinamonti and Valietti to Emilia. But before that Inter need to sort everything out with Uefa regarding the FFP. That is another reason for appreciating Politano’s move, who told his entourage to give Inter time although other clubs have shown interest, one of them Napoli with their Sporting Director Christiano Giuntoli.”
