As if he were a postal package, Valencia’s Portuguese right-back Joao Cancelo already finds himself sold to many different clubs.

The latest update comes from Cope, who write that Porto have made an offer for the player according to agent Jorge Mendes. The Portuguese champions are reported to be interested after finalising the sale of Diogo Dalot to Manchester United.

This would be a move to replace Dalot seeing as the Portuguese side will have the cash available. Valencia, however, are planning to sell the Portuguese right-back for a fee of around €40 million and nothing less.

Also reported by Cope, Valencia would be considering a move for Paris St. Germain’s French fullback Thomas Meunier. He would be their ideal replacement if and when Joao Cancelo is sold this summer.

There have been many teams interested in Cancelo this summer and Valencia are firm on their €40 million price tag. Inter does not seem to plan on exercising their €35 million option to buy to sign Cancelo.
