Inter are closing in on landing Genoa youngster Eddy Salcedo in a deal that will see Primavera duo Andrei Radu and Federico Valietti join the Grifone for a fee of €15 million as per a report from Premium Sport.

The deal is expected to be completed today and the 16-year-old will be counted against next year’s balance sheets opposed to this years. The €15 million raised from the sales of Radu and Valietti will meanwhile be counted against this year’s balance sheets so to help Inter in their bid to honour their Financial Fair Play settlement agreement with UEFA and break even.

Salcedo – who Inter had courted around about the same time last year alongside Pietro Pellegri (who has since joined Monaco) but Genoa’s high demands caused talks to collapse – made a total of 33 appearances across all competitions for Genoa and their Primavera outfit and managed to get on the score sheet on nine occasions and deliver two assists in that time.
