Corriere Della Sera are the latest news outlet to have confirmed that Radja Nainggolan will be leaving for Inter and is ready to be reunited with former manager Luciano Spalletti in the process.

“The Belgian is perfect for Spalletti’s plans: he will be ideal behind Icardi, but in certain matches also the midfielder alongside Brozovic, Vecino or maybe Gagliardini. A man who is everywhere, with an attitude sometimes over the top, but able to run the games in favour of his team, Inter is thus becoming richer, more solid, stronger, even more endowed with quality, muscles, temperament, basically a team for Champions League.”

The statement concluded by focusing more on Nainggolan reuniting with Spalletti, who he played some of his best football under in their years together at the Giallorossi.

“He is ready and confident. He has long understood that he is no longer the centrepiece to the Roma project and is happy to find the coach who valued him most.”
