Aleix Vidal is Inter’s number one target for right back, at least according to a report from Spanish news outlet Sport.

The Barcelona defender is ahead of the likes of Davide Zappacosta and Sime Vrsaljko and can arrive at the Nerazzurri in a deal that is very unlikely to exceed to €10 million mark, whereas the other two are likely to cost twice as much if not more.

The 28-year-old Spaniard arrived at his current employers back in 2015 but has ultimately failed to live up the expectations that the management team at the Nou Camp had for him. Last season he made a total of 25 appearances across all competitions but most of them came from the substitutes bench.

Sport go on to report that the main alternative to Vidal for Inter is Roma’s Alessandro Florenzi. Florenzi has just a year left on his contract with the Giallorossi and does not look likely to sign a new deal at this point meaning he may be available on the cheap so Roma avoid getting nothing for him next summer.
