The Sporting Director of newly promoted Serie A side Parma, Daniele Faggiano, spoek to Italian TV Channel Sky Sport Italia after having concluded his meeting with the Nerazzurri directors regarding his club’s interest in Federico Dimarco and Jonathan Biabiany.

Faggiano was asked about how negotiations regarding full-back Dimarco who spent last season with Swiss side Sion, were going, to which he replied positively: “We are at the finish line. I do not think there will be any problems.”

The Ducali director was then asked about the club’s interest in French winger and former Parma player Jonathan Biabiany to which he replied: “We are working on him, we will see what happens. We are thinking about it but it wont be easy as his wages are very high and we cant allow ourselves to pay him those sums.”

In conclusion Faggiano was asked if new deals between the two clubs aside from Dimarco and Biabiany are possible to which he replied: “We could do several things with Inter, we are very fond of several of their youth team players.”

Biabiany has played for Parma on two separate occasions spending a total of 5 seasons at the club during which he featured 141 times across all competitions getting on the scoresheet 21 times.
