Interest from some of the biggest clubs around Europe have not turned his head: Milan Skriniar is staying at Inter. The Slovakian centre back confirmed his intention to remain a Nerazzurro in an interview with Radio Express.

“I want to stay here at Inter. When I arrived, everyone at the club did everything they could to help me settle, even going to the trouble of finding me a house to live in. Before I joined I was delighted to hear that such a club was interested in me, and I’m very happy with how we finished the season.”

A new signing last season after joining from Sampdoria, the 23 year old was a stalwart for Luciano Spalletti and his teammates. He made 38 appearances for his new club – playing every single minute of the Serie A season. Not only a brilliant defender, the player also scored four goals for the Nerazzurri in his debut season.
