Italian TV Channel SportItalia had Pescara’s Sporting Director, Luca Leone, on as a guest who had some insights on the transfer of Radja Nainggolan to from Roma to Inter.

Leone stated that “Radja has had a rough time in Rome during the last year, I know Eusebio Di Francesco, having worked with him, he is a coach who is very professional and cares very much about training and the seriousness of his players, there may have been some problems between the two of them.”

Nainggolan officially signed with Inter only a couple of days ago, a move which reunites him with his former manager at Roma, Luciano Spalletti.

After having spent a season with the Giallorossi that turned out less than expected, he has a chance to start a new chapter in his career, joining his third Serie A team, and his fourth team in Italy throughout his career. He only managed to score 4 goals last season, following his career high of 11 during the 2016-17 season.
