Inter are keen on signing Egyptian winger Trezeguet from Kasimpasa and have offered the player a four-year deal, according to reports in Turkey.

Trezeguet, whose official name is Mahmoud Ahmed Ibrahim Hassan, scored 13 goals and provided seven assists in the Turkish Super Lig during the 2017-18 campaign and started each of Egypt’s three matches at this summer’s FIFA World Cup in Russia, playing a combined total of 239 minutes.

Recent reports in Italy had suggested that the player was close to securing a move to newly-promoted Serie A side Parma, but Turkish site FutbolArena believes it is Inter who are following the player with most interest and say that they have offered him a four-year deal worth €1 million in wages.

Trezeguet is thought to have told Galatasaray, who are also working to sign the forward, that he has not spoken about interest from Inter and the possibility of playing on loan at Parma during his first season in Italy [which he had been quoted as saying in the Italian media], but the Nerazzurri’s pursuit is nonetheless described as ‘serious’.
