Inter have made a loan with right to redemption offer for Sime Vrsaljko which includes a €9 million loan fee according to a report from Premium Sport.

Atletico Madrid, who are seemingly only wanting an outright sale in order to help them fund other transfers, have asked their Nerazzurri counterparts for time to think about the offer for the Croatian international who they value at around the €20 million mark.

Reports suggesting Vrsaljko is keen on a switch to the San Siro are increasing and if true, his blessing to the deal could help it come along and help Inter in their bid to shore up the right back department where they are severely lacking depth with Danilo D’Ambrosio the only natural right back at the club who is first team ready.

The 26-year-old is no stranger to Italian football having made over close to 100 appearances across spells with Genoa and Sassuolo between 2013-2016.
