Éder is poised to leave Inter after agreeing personal terms with Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning, according to Sky Sport.

The 31 year-old has made 86 appearances in all competitions for the Nerazzurri since joining the club from Sampdoria in January 2016, but struggled for game-time last season under Luciano Spalletti – making just four starts in Serie A – and is not part of the coach’s plans for the 2018-19 campaign.

Sky Sport reported on Wednesday afternoon that the Italian-Brazilian has agreed upon a move to Jiangsu Suning, the other club controlled by Inter’s majority shareholders Suning, following news that the Chinese outfit had had an offer in the region of €5 million accepted for the forward.

Éder scored 14 goals and provided eight assists during his time at Inter and is expected to earn a gross figure of €27 million in wages across two seasons, having given the green light to a move after several hours of consideration.

Inter and Jiangsu are now working to finalise the deal so that the move can be made official soon.
