Napoli midfielder Allan says it is too early for him and his Partenopei teammates to think about winning the scudetto after just one game.

“We’re trying to put what the Coach asks us into practice as quickly as possible. We can’t think about the Scudetto already, we want to start well and take it one game at a time,” the Brazilian said in an interview with Lance.

He proceeded to discuss both Milan clubs and how their returns will affect the prestige of Serie A.

“Inter and Milan are two clubs with a great history in Italian and international football. They have had bad times, but they have invested a lot and are coming back to fight for a place in the Champions League.

“It’s a good thing for Italian football, which is returning to the level of competition it used to have, a tournament where the best players want to play. With the return of Inter and Milan, the prestige of the league will only increase.”
