Last night Inter staged an incredible comeback at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district against Tottenham, one of the strongest teams in the English Premier League, and Inter’s Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan was one of the biggest reasons behind this comeback, at least according to Stats site WhoScored.com

Yesterday the former Roma midfielder played in the number 10 role as a playmaker, a role assigned to him by Inter coach Luciano Spalletti already back in their Roma days.

Radja struggled a bit during the first minutes of the match, but somewhere from the end of the first half his performance really took off as aside from the two shots and the two chances created the former Giallorossi player won nine duels in the middle of the pitch and recovered five balls.

This shows that he was instrumental in the Nerazzurri’s efforts to turn the match around and go home with all three points.
