It has been a relatively short work week for Inter who, after yesterday’s training session, gave themselves two days off. They will get back to working hard at Appiano Gentile on Monday. Corriere dello Sport discusses the preparation that Inter will be planning for the game against Frosinone and the very important Champions League game against Tottenham after the break.

“Between the staggered returns of all the players who are on international duty and the Champions League match against Tottenham on Wednesday the 28th, Spalletti will have to rotate quite a few players against Frosinone. All eyes are on Radja Nainggolan who worked separately yesterday to improve his fitness levels. He will be on the pitch next Sunday in order to get his conditioning back up in preparation for the important game against Tottenham.”

So far Spalletti has been rotating his players between these competitions very well and he will have to continue to do so and rely on players who are not usually starters.
