Inter, Napoli, Chelsea and Manchester United are the clubs with a strong interested in Cagliari’s Nicolò Barella, with Nerazzurri CEO Steven Zhang being directly involved in the negotiations, at least according to Rome based Corriere dello Sport.

Inter have a strong relationship with Barella’s agent Beltrami, who is the same agent that Nainggolan has, but there is also a mutual understanding between between Ninja and Nicolò, who is very intrigued by a transfer to the Nerazzurri.

The €50 million price tag is considered excessive, but at Inter there is a will to work on the figure by adding add-ons and sending players as part payment.

Cagliari want Bastoni, who could initially join on loan and come June he will be valued at around €23 million, or perhaps one between Eder and Gabigol.

The former was sold to Jiangsu Suning and has an salary of more than €4 million, but Pavoletti would work better with Eder than the former Santos striker who pushes to return to Flamengo.

It remains to be seen how Inter would facilitate the transfer of Eder to Sardinia and an understanding on the economic compensation that Cagliari expects on top of around €35 million.
