Inter are interested in signing Corinthians prospect Pedrinho but due to Lucas Paqueta’s move to city rivals Milan it is unlikely that a deal will be reached during this transfer window according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Pedrinho is among a whole host of young talents that Inter have been keeping their eyes on in recent months and will not come cheap.

With Paqueta swapping Flamengo for Milan for a sum of €35 million, Corinthians are convinced that they can command a bigger fee for 20-year-old Pedrinho.

Corinthians are scrambling to sign the winger to a new contract which would enable them to raise his release clause to €80 million in a bid to deter the interest in his services.

Pedrinho is currently under contract to December 2020 and has made just over 50 appearances in his short career so far in which he has scored one goal and collected four assists in just shy of 3000 minutes of action.
