Antonio Conte made a positive impression on local reporters in China as Inter held a public training session in Nanjing.

The Nerazzurri are preparing for Wednesday’s fixture against Juventus in the International Champions Cup and worked for three hours in front of their supporters.

Inter’s players completed a gym session as well as several fitness exercises, before Conte took centre stage in a series of tactical drills.

“Conte was a constant presence during the session as he coached with style, making it clear he was in charge,” Sohu.com reported.

“He stopped what he was doing every so often to explain what positions he wanted his players in, along with where to pass the ball and how to build attacks.

“The level of concentration you saw on the training ground showcased all of Inter’s temperament and professionalism.”

The session took place at a high intensity, despite the sweltering heat beating down on Nanjing.

“It was a very serious session and the team looks like it’s in a good condition,” the website added.
