Valentino Lazaro will undergo a medical with Premier League club Newcastle United tomorrow ahead of a move from Inter according to a report from Gianluca Di Marzio.

As per the report, which appeared on the website of the Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert, the clubs have come to an agreement over a loan with option to buy move.

Newcastle will pay Inter €1.5 million to loan the 23-year-old for the remainder of the season and have an option to then sign the Austrian international on a permanent basis for €23.5 million.

Lazaro joined Inter six months ago with a lot of hype surrounding him but he has found opportunities to impress limited this season.

The former RB Salzburg player has made 11 appearances across all competitions to date but just four of those appearances have come as a starter. In 513 minutes on the field, Lazaro has provided two assists for his Inter teammates.
