Italian football journalist Paolo Condo has raised concerns regarding Inter and how they are impacted when both Marcelo Brozovic and Christian Eriksen are on the pitch together.

“There is a certain laziness on the part of the former Tottenham player and the Croatian midfielder in seeking each other out on the pitch because the former is always shielded by a scorer. The team is paying for this,” he explained in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, whilst present in their studios earlier on today.

Condo proceeded to share his views on what should happen with central midfielder Radja Nainggolan upon his return from his loan with fellow Serie A side Cagliari.

“Nainggolan should be kept regardless of any transfer negotiations. He is a player who made mistakes in Milan but can be a starter.”

Next he spoke on Eriksen again and discussed the idea of him possibly being sold just months after arriving at the club in a circa €20 million deal from Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur.

“It would be a defeat for the club if he left, so the Dane will be given another year.”

In conclusion, he spoke on the possible departure of striker Lautaro Martinez, who continues to draw links over a possible move to Spanish giants Barcelona, and Inter being linked to Barcelona and France national team star Antoine Griezmann in the media as of late.

“If Inter sell him, they must sign a striker of the same age and level. Griezmann? He is out of reach for anyone, except perhaps for City and PSG. Inter would be happy with an exchange, but it is unthinkable to pay his salary. For me, that is why Lautaro will remain in Milan.”
