Inter have identified Napoli’s Brazilian midfielder Allan as a possible reinforcement for the midfield should Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan be sold this summer, Italian media outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reports.

According to the report, Inter coach Antonio Conte is not against the idea of reintegrating the former Roma midfielder back into the squad.

However, the decision to do so could be out of his hands, the report continues, a decision to give Nainggolan a second chance depends on the Inter managements willingness to go back on the decision they made 12 months ago.

Should Inter decide to part ways with Nainggolan this summer, Napoli’s Allan is one of three main candidates to replace him.

The other two are, Barcelona’s Chilean international midfielder Arturo Vidal, who Antonio Conte is a big fan of since their time together at Juventus.

The third candidate is AC Milan’s Franck Kessie who the Nerazzurri tried to sign this past January in a swap deal with Roberto Gagliardini, but the Rossoneri declined. This time, the Gazzetta reports, Inter will try to swap Matias Vecino for the Ivorian midfielder.
