Roberto Mancini stopped to chat with Francesco Fontana of FcInternews.it  among others in the mixed zone after the game in Marrakesh. Here is what the Inter coach had to say about the game and the team in general:

How do you rate this friendly game?

“The friendlies are good because they allow us to experiment a bit and to get players back in shape after injuries. We for example just got Hernanes back, and I think he looked pretty good considering it was the first game. Other players were tried in different positions.”

The 4-2-3-1 used tonight seem to be the preferred choice.

“Yes it is an option that we have.”

The first half was better than the second, seems inevitable.

“We did some things well, others not so well.”

Who did you like the most?

“I liked the approach of the team which was good. But after a day of training it is ok to have some difficulties. There were some good things, and other not so good but it is ok.”

What did you not like?

“We conceded two, three chances too easily. These are things we must avoid.”

FcIN – In what shape does Inter arrive to the Juventus game?

“There is still a week to go, we will have all players available. Shortly we will start preparing for that game.”

How was it seeing Ibrahimovic again?

“It was nice, I was pleased to see him. If I talked to him? Of course, I said hello. We have passed good times together and he is still a great striker.”

FcIN – Is there a chance to see the new signing against Juventus?

“I don’t know. We will see. Maybe we will get him on loan and pay for him in the next two three years”, says Mancini with a smile.

Is it possible to try the 4-2-3-1 even without the right interpreters?

“But Hernanes can do it, he did pretty well.”

With Palacio on instead of Bonazzoli is it possible to repeat it at Torino?

“We’ll see..”
