“Very satisfied with the meeting with Suning”. That’s what Stefano Pioli told Sky’s reporters earlier this morning, after the meeting he had with Inter’s majority stakeholders Suning Group and Piero Ausilio in China had ended.

Pioli was all smiles after a meeting where plans for the future “mercato” but also for the upcoming one set to open on January 3rd were discussed as well as having received a confirmation regarding his own future contract extension.

Ausilio accepted the compliments received from the owners for the good job he has done until now. With Pioli the Chinese owners planned in detail which players that are to leave and which ones to bring on this January whilst also setting the budget for summer’s mercato, in order to show their full commitment and trust in the former Lazio coach.
