Erick Thohir confirmed to Batar3 that he had in fact been spoken to by police over the organisation of the 2018 Asian games: “Yes, I was questioned. My answer remains the same, as citizens we must respect the law. Of course we must respect the themes of this process. It should be an obligation to testify in a trial when you are prompted to do so. My status is that of simple witness not a suspect in the investigation.”
