Reports have emerged that Sampdoria are not willing to let Patrick Schick go to another club if the deal is a loan with a redemption right.

The Gazzetta dello Sport clarifies Samp’s positioning, saying: “The problem is the Nerazzurri are limited by the Financial Fair Play rules. They have no space available for the move. The only way they may have a chance, is if they sell first.

If Inter were to offer Eder, though, the bars would be lifted and a deal would be able to go through. Sampdoria have always rated Eder highly and are interested in a possible move. Sampdoria is apparently willing to wait for Suning to make a move until the last day of the transfer market.
