Persistent rumours have placed Lazio’s central defender Mobido Diakité to sign for Inter in January. However these rumours where quashed today by the players agent Ulisse Savini who in an interview with calciomercato.it stated that these rumours “are nothing more than figments of peoples imagination, Diakité will not sign for Inter nor AC Milan. Whoever wants the player will first have to speak with Lazio. With regards to renewing his contract with Lazio I can say that we are still far apart and we have not scheduled to meet anytime soon either” Savini concludes.
