Tuttosport write that Argentinian giants River Plate through their President Daniele Passarella are going to continue their quest in signing Ricky Alvarez by splashing the cash the club gained by selling Cirigliano to current Russian Premier League leaders Anzhi. According to the newspaper Inter have slapped a 12 million € pricetag on the player while River wont spend more than 10 million €, a price that Tuttosport writes may be just enough to convince Inter to let the player, who has been largely disappointing since he arrived two summers ago, to leave. A potential stumbling block to the transfer could be the players declareation to not return back to South America just yet whilst Inter are waiting for Wolfsburg to make their move.
