Local Russian media outlets in Dagestan confirm that billionaire Kerimov’s club, Anzhi, have made an official offer for Inter’s out-of-favour midfielder Wesley Sneijder. The offer reportedly outclasses all other offers that Sneijder has received so far, but the deal is far from being concluded given that Inter have decided to take things slowly and not be rushed into any decisions regarding the Dutchman’s future and therefore no definitive news regarding Sneijder’s future is to be expected before the end of January. What is known is, however, the Dutchmans will to move to one of Europe’s top-flight teams, which should for now exclude a possible transfer to Dagestan.
