Rocchi: “Coming to Inter is an honor and a recognition”

In an interview with Radio Mana Mana, Tommaso Rocchi commented on the bitter defeat in Udine on Sunday, his first official game in an Inter shirt: “Until the first goal, we played well and had perhaps deserved to be in the lead. Following the conceded goal, we were suffering and did not react, instead we let in another goal immediately and were forced to play with ten men. But we have the whole second half of the season to make up for it.”

Rocchi also revealed the reason why he chose Inter: “With all due respect to Siena and Pescara, the fact that I could come to Inter at the age of 35 is an honor and a recognition of all those years I have played at a high level.”
