Diego Laxalt from Uruguay is reported to be a done deal for Inter, according to Gazzetta della Sport. The central defender, born in 1993, has made his mark in the U20 Championship of South America. Laxalt has earlier this mercato been close to Lazio, but it seems like Inter has hijacked the deal.
