Carlo Regalia is one of the most known Sporting Directors in Italy. He’s currently the presendent of the Italian Sporting Directors Association(ADISE) and he talked about Antonio Cassano:

“I was lucky to be at Bari where he grew up. We kept him under control together with the coach, and we managed to sell him for a great ammount of money. For Bari it was a great deal. It’s to bad he hasn’t been able to prove  all of his qualities until now. In Italy there’s no one who’s as good as him at creating assists. The controversies that are going on with Milan will motivate him”
