Matteo Barzaghi claims that Inter wants to draft Abdoulay Konko from Lazio as a right full-back, but Lazio does not seem willing to even discuss any bids for Konko. Inter also wants the diamond of Partizan Belgrade Lazar Markovic, but rumors claims that Chelsea “called dibs” on Markovic in January.
But what would Markovic become in Chelsea? Probably one of many great talents of the world, meanwhile in Inter, he could take a place as a key-player right away. At this point, it seems pretty much impossible for Inter to buy Markovic without the blessing from Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Inter are also looking for a “regista”, a director for the midfield, but according to Barzaghi, Inter have not yet found what they’re looking for.
