Palermo’s controversial President, Maurizio Zamparini wasn’t too cheerful ahead of his teams away fixture to Fiorentina when he was interviewed ahead of the match: “It will be very difficult to win in Florence and hope that Genoa don’t come away with anything when playing against Inter. Still, we have to try and give it our all and hope to finish just above the relegation zone. We hope to stay in the Serie A, either through our actions on the pitch or through the courts. There are situations and events which the prosecutor Palazzi is still investigating” Zamparini concludes.
