The French-Algerian striker has been acquired from Parma and signed a five year contract.
Ishak Belfodil is Inter’s. The striker, who was born in Algeria, but is naturalized Frenchman, has been acquired from Parma through an agreement on co-ownership and has signed a five year contract which ties him to Inter until 2018.
Belfodil was born in Monstaganem in Algeria on January 12, 1992, and comes to Inter after the experience in France with Lyon (2009-2011) and those in Italy with Bologna (from January 2012) and Parma (2012/13 season when he played 34 matches and scored 8 goals.)
Right after he signed the contract, the striker gave a few statements to reporters: “Inter are a great team, I’m really happy and I hope to do very well here. I greet all Inter fans.”
