Julio Cesar will be returning to Italy. Gianluca Di Marzio reported last night that the former Inter goalkeeper has reached an agreement with Napoli. Negotiations are nearing completion and Julio Cesar will cut his salary while Napoli have raised their previous offer. The goalkeeper comes to Napoli from Queens Park Rangers on a free loan.
