Sky – Inter set their sights on Wallace, Taider & Basta

Sky Sport 24’s Inter expert Matteo Barzaghi reported last night about Inter’s plans for the remainder of the transfermarket. Barzaghi reported that Inter will try to conclude the negotiations with Chelsea for Wallace after Napoli’s attempts to hijack the deal failed and the Brazilian will join Inter on a season long loan deal. However, given the excellent relationship between the two clubs, Inter’s Sporting Director Marco Branca will restart the discussions with Chelsea in order to try to secure a clause which gives Inter the right to buy the Brazilian, but will commence these discussions at a later stage when the directors of the two clubs are less busy.

When it comes to Sephir Taider, Barzaghi reports that Bologna is asking 6-7 million Euro’s as well as the other 50% of Rene Khrin who is currently co-owned between the two clubs, together with a loan of either Mbaye or Duncan. Inter are currently reflecting whether or not if the deal is worth concluding but should the club decide to accept Bologna’s terms the deal can be concluded after Bologna return from their pre-season tour of England.

In conclusion, Barzaghi reports that since Mazzarri is yet to receive the wing-back he asked for when joining the club, Inter have opted to reignite their interest in Udinese’s Dusan Basta and have therefore contacted the entourage of Serbian international.
