Brittish tabloid Daily Express report that José Mourinho has still not given up on his attempts to sign Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney. A source close to Chelsea reveals that a deal could be made for around 28 million Pounds but that Mourinho isn’t unprepared if he should fail in his attempts to lure Rooney to London. The Portuguese manager has already contacted Anzhi regarding Samuel Eto’ o who won’t command any transfer fee since the Russian outfit has decided to minimize the clubs costs.
