The ex-Inter player Ronaldo, one of the “embassadors” for the World Cup in Brasil next summer, was interviewed by The Daily Telegraph during his visit to London. He spoke well of England’s current national team coach Roy Hodgson, who he had the opportunity to work with at Inter in 1999: “If I have to predict which team that will win the World Cup, I say Brazil, Germany or Spain. Unfortunately I can’t include England among the favourites. They have a very strong team and a great head coach, who I worked with at Inter. I think he is one of the best. Tactically he is always extremely prepared, he appreciates players with good technique and he is surely one of the greatest coaches in the world”, Ronaldo told The Daily Telegraph.
