According to today’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport, Christian Ansaldi who can play either left or right full back is the number one candidate to arrive at Inter in January. Holder of an EU passport the 27 year old Argentinian is seen as the perfect purchase if Alvaro Pereira can be moved on. The dream remains Alex Sandro but the cost is too great (around €15 million). With doubts surrounding Diego Milito and Mauro Icardi’s health Inter are doing their due diligence on acquring a new number 9. The names under consideration are Mitroglou (Olympiakos) and Rondon (Rubin Kazan) but the paper stresses this would only be an option if Icardi or Milito can’t be counted upon. Finally the never ending love affair between Inter and Radja Nainggolan is discussed, after Erick Thohir calling him Radja three times when answering a question the paper quotes the new Inter presidents comments regarding talking to Mazzarri and who would make way for the Cagliari star. A deal could be possible in June with €10 million and one or two of Inter’s young prospects heading to Sardinia the pink paper sums up.
