Confirming earlier reports emanating from Spain, Rome based daily Corriere dello Sport is reporting Inter’s pursuit of 20 year old Juan Bernat, a left sided player from Valencia whose contract expires in 2015. According to the paper, the player has resisted all attempts for a renewal and was watched by Inter in the Spanish sides most recent game against Elche. Although he only appeared as a substitute in the final 20 minutes, Bernat scored a goal and could arrive at Inter as early as January if Alvaro Pereira can be sold. The price is thought to be around €5 million.
