According to the Portuguese newspaper Record Inter has made a 15 million euro offer for Porto’s winger Alex Sandro. An offer that has been declined from the club because of the interest from Manchester United. United are said to be willing to replace Evra with Alex Sandro and could there come with a higer offer than Inter comes with.
